No, the membership is billed monthly on the 1st. After the 7-day trial, a prorated amount is charged until the next billing period.
That means, that if you enroll in the middle of the month the first month you will only have to pay half of the monthly price. Then the 1st of the following month, you will be billed the full amount, and so on, until you decide to cancel your membership subscription.
